Convenient and Affordable the hotel is conveniently located and affordable. It is close to the city center and main attractions. the breakfast was great with a variety of options to choose from. the staff was friendly and welcoming. the rooms were spacious and clean.
Limited Amenities the hotel lacks some basic amenities, such as a gym or a swimming pool. the Wi-Fi was slow and unreliable.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Sapareva Banya. The location is ideal, right in the center and close to everything. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and have a very nice balcony view over the adjacent Aqua Club. The attention to detail in the basic amenities, like the jacuzzi and the sheets, is impressive. And despite being a smaller hotel, the staff provided excellent service, making me feel welcome throughout my stay.
All was just as I hoped for.

I had an enjoyable stay at this hotel located near a hot spring bath and other attractions. The room was nice and clean with a lovely balcony view of the aqua club. Hotel facilities include a mineral pool and sunbathing area, which were great. The breakfast provided by the hotel was enjoyable and the staff were polite and helpful.

Great value for money, especially for a one-night stay. The hotel's central location is ideal, right in the heart of the town. The room we stayed in had a lovely balcony with a view over the adjacent Aqua Club, which was a nice bonus. The hotel staff were friendly and attentive, making our stay even more enjoyable.

Location is perfect for mountain hikes with stunning views. The private pool is also a plus. Great selection of local food, especially enjoyed the hearty soups and stews.
The rooms can be noisy due to the traffic on the main street. Would have appreciated more modern amenities and an option for air conditioning.

The hotel is conveniently located next to a hot spring public bath and pool. Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable, with a nice balcony and good views. the staff were polite and most were nice.
The breakfast was not that diverse and could be improved.
